Hotel Policy

Welcome to Hotel Bighouseinn. We are committed to providing you with a comfortable and memorable stay. Please take a moment to review our hotel policies to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-In Time: 12:00 AM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Reservations and Cancellations
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged one night’s stay.
    • No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
  1. Payment
  • Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • Additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., room service, mini-bar) must be settled at check-out.
  1. Identification
  • All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
  • Non-resident guests visiting your room must be registered at the front desk.
  1. Room Occupancy
  • The maximum occupancy per room is [X] adults. Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
